* urinating standing up !

What is the Shari ruling regarding standing while urinating?

One of the mistakes that many people commit randomly/spontaneously daily is urinating standing up , especially non-Muslims who do not find legislation in their holy books related to that matter.

– On the other side , according to Islam, It is not haraam for a man to urinate standing up,however it is only allowed on the condition that there is no risk of drops of urine splashing onto one of body or clothes.

*istinjaa ” washing private parts “

As a general rule ,The anus and the penis & pussy  must be cleaned after After each operation of urination and defecation.

In most common religions as Christianity or Jewish or even the other religions , there is no some legislation has that issue in details , so you will find many non-Muslims may clean their private organs only with a tissue not water , or even clean their back passages/ anus without cleaning their front passages / penis & pussy .

-When it comes to Islam, it’s quite different , because it offered that issue in details and  as obligatory rule for each Muslim and Muslimah to wash his/her anus and penis & pussy with water , then , if the water was not found, you can clean yours with a tissue or even a stone in case the approach of  prayer time and the water still missing .

– This washing is known as istinja (( removing whatever has been passed from the front or back passages with water, stones, or anything else that is pure and will remove the impurity (najaasah) – such as pebbles or coarse tissue paper, or clean pieces of paper on which there is no mention of Allaah or any of His names – apart from bones and dung. This is to be done when something impure is emitted, of stools or urine.))

But if nothing has come out apart from passing wind, then it is not obligatory to do instinjaa’.

With regard to what has to be washed, if a person has passed urine, then it is sufficient for him to wash the end of the penis, to cleanse it of urine. It is not prescribed for him to wash the anus, because nothing has come out of it.

-In the case of the back passage, he has to remove any dirt from it, then wash the anal sphincter to cleanse it of any dirt that may be attached to it.

* Touching private parts between the toucher and touched
– What is the ruling on touching the private parts “penis / pussy” ?

– No one day passes for the one without thinking in touching private parts ” penis / pussy” , it’s the habit that is repeated daily and randomly as well , but the question remains , Did you think someday is it haram or halal , and what is a view of the religion for that matter ?

– unlike the other religions , only Islam can answer all these questions in details .

– the most right saying of Muslim scientists that no matter with touching private parts unless is for the intention of causing lust.

– Muslim is generally ordered to stay away from dirt and impurity to be always clean, and touching private parts is not disapproved unless it is contaminated with excretions or over which is an impurity.

* Removing impurity only by the left hand

As Muslims, we are proud of our Islam because it prohibited us from using our right hand for touching our private parts and removing impurity during washing “known as istinja”, and only the left hand is responsible for that task. some non-Muslims here may make fun of us when they hear all these rulings for the first time, ignoring that this is as honoring to the right hand which we are commanded to only use for eating and drinking and greeting, and it is as if  Islam says to us “do not use the right hand that you use for eating and drinking and greeting in removing impurity” .

It is also known to us as Muslims that the right hand is responsible for receiving the book of good deeds for believers in the resurrection , and left hand is responsible for receiving the book of evil deeds for disbelievers in the resurrection.

The ruling of a fart ?

The Islamic sharia evidences have showed that istinja “removing impurity from the front or back passages with water ” is only for urin and excrement / urination and defecation., and the other matters as fart or touching private parts or even sleeping , there is nor need for Istinja .

– Besides , there are two Important things separate Islam from the other religions regarding that matter , first , that Islam put the water as main condition for cleaning or purity , and using the other alternative ways as tissue paper , as do non-Muslims nowadays , not from the purity , and the person who used to remove dirt or impurity by these ways is impure , second , when it comes to a prayer in Islam , Istinja “by water ” is not enough for performing a prayer , it is required from each Muslim to do ” al-wuḍū ” [ Islamic procedure for washing parts of the body }a type of ritual purification, or ablution. Wudu involves washing the hands, mouth, nostrils, arms, head and feet with water and is an important part of ritual purity in Islam.

* Clipping the nails for every 40 days

Surely , clipping the nails continuously may not be desirable for some, particularly women, who can keep their nails growing for a long time as a kind of aesthetic appearance , without considering how much a danger it can cause for them. the nails are not less susceptible to bacteria than private organs, so, if you wanted to avoid the risk of bacteria spread , you would have to cut your nails for every 40 days. Thus is Islam , and these are its teachings , the purity and cleanliness are advanced before everything, and it is not permissible to leave your nails long for more than 40 days.

* Shaving private organs

In Islam , Penis and Pussy<3 should be shaved for every 40 days , so before 40 days pass , you should shave your Penis & Pussy<3 , otherwise you will be impure and your prayer will be not accepted when God, particularly If hair prevented reaching the water to your private organs ” Penis & Pussy<3″.  Islam imposed on each Muslim and Muslimah to shave their private organs for every 40 days as a kind of Purity which is a main condition for a prayer , and without which a prayer becomes unaccepted, above it all , Purity can protect the one from spreading a bacteria in the whole body , particularly sensitive areas such as Penis and Pussy ❤ . As a personal lyconpolis<3 opinion , I see no benefit from leaving Pussy<3 and Penis fulled of hair , only just laziness, no more .

Not mentioning God in toilet

In fact, I do not find a religion that magnifies God except the religion of Islam, in Islam, The Magnificence of God is manifest in everything, Through the speaking of God about himself in his words the Koran, you will find God talking about His ability and Magnificence in several verses , for instance, His ability and Magnificence in the creation of the universe, the creation of the life and death, the creation of the paradise and fire, The creation of the night and the day, the creation of the mountains and rivers, the creation of the mankind and all the other animals and plants, all these are indicating to the Magnificence of God in His creation, so you have to believe in him and his ability in doing everything, and this will only come through worshiping Him and not associating others with Him.

– The real worship of God is only in Islam, Islam is the only religion in which you will find the right God, God the creator who deserve the real worship, and this clearly appears through the Islamic teachings which you will feel they are inspired by Right God, there you will find a prayer that in which a Muslim prostrates to God 5 times a day and recites His words the Quran, also reading the Quran that  in which you will feel that God Himself who speak to you .

– In Islam, A Muslim is ordered to glorify the name of God in the morning and afternoon, while getting up and going to sleep , and entering the home and going for shopping, and feeling Anxiety and Stress, also feeling glad, etc.

After all, such magnificence and position that God occupied in Islam, Islam can never let the one to mention God in a place such as the toilet which is  originally a place for demons and filth

-Now there’s only one question left, where is your religion from all ?

* Shaving the armpit

As it was showed in the last times the necessity of shaving private organs for every forty days, as well as clipping the nails, the talk of today is not less important than the previous, it’s shaving the armpit. unlike the matter of shaving private organs “Penis-Pussy” and clipping the nails, shaving the armpit may find more care from most people, because it is a matter related to attractive and appearing smell-good among people as much possible. Although shaving the armpit is more common between Muslims being a legitimate issue, non-Muslims may find another alternatives to shaving, such as a perfume or cream. Perfume or cream may be the most common method for hiding unpleasant odors among non-Muslim communities who are not originally used to shaving private parts periodically. It is okay to use a perfume and cream, but not as alternative to shaving which is a legitimate order for purity . As my personal opinion , I think there is no problem with non-Muslims whether desired not entering Islam to apply the teachings of Islam particularly if these teachings are useful to them.

Circumcision

Circumcision is from the  practices of Al-Fitrah/ nature as showed in Islamic shariaa. The most correct view is that it is obligatory in the case of man and Sunnah / desirable in the case of woman. For man , the purpose of Circumcision is to make him clean from the impurity that may collect beneath the foreskin , because if the foreskin remains, when the urine comes out of the urethra, some of it will collect there, and this causes burning and infection every time the person moves, and every time the foreskin is squeezed, some drops of urine come out, thus causing najaasah (impurity).  As for woman ,  the purpose of circumcision is to regulate her desire, this is seeking perfection, not removing something harmful,  because if a woman is not circumcised her desire will be strong.  If the circumcision is too severe, the desire is weakened altogether, which is unpleasing for men; but if it is cut without going to extremes in that, the purpose will be achieved, which is moderating desire. And Allaah knows best.

*Rulings on menstruation

There are many rulings to do with menstruation, more than twenty, of which we will mention those which we think are most essential. They are:

1 – Ghusl”washing” and Prayer and touching Quran

Allah is Almighty and have a special high position in Islam, that position forces everyone to respect Him willingly or unwillingly, and the one doesn’t find a thing that magnifies and glories Allah greater than to pray to Him and read His words while pure, which means that pure is from the essentials in Islam, and it is the base that on which all the impositions / obligations are based .

For the issue of a menstruation, the menstruating woman is forbidden to perform any religious obligation, such as prayer and fasting and touching the Quran, during her period until she does ghusl / washing her full body after the end of the menstruation time. After the end of a period, the woman is forced to wash her full body, then , she can pray and fast and practice her worship in freedom.

With regard to the menstruating woman reading Qur’aan, if she is looking at it or thinking of it in her heart, without speaking the words out loud, there is nothing wrong with that

With regard to mentioning Allah, magnifying Allah, saying Subhaan-Allaah, praising Allaah, saying In the name of Allah ,  when eating and so on, and reading hadeeths of the prophet , fiqh and du’aa’s, or saying Ameen to du’aa’s, and listening to Quran, none of these things are forbidden to her.

How to purify your body after the end of period

Ghusl may be done in two ways:

1 – By doing the obligatory parts of ghusl only, which is making water reach all parts of the body, and includes rinsing the mouth and nose. If a person makes the water reach all parts of his body, by whatever means, then he has removed the major impurity and purified himself properly, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“If you are in a state of Janaaba (i.e. after a sexual discharge), purify yourselves (bathe your whole body)”

2 – The complete way, which is doing ghusl as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did it. When he wanted to do ghusl in the case of janaabah, he would wash his hands, then wash his private part and anywhere else that the impurity had reached, then he would do complete wudoo’, then he would wash his head three times with water, then he would wash the rest of his body ” Wash the entire right side of the body by pouring water liberally over your shoulder and self. Repeat with the left side” . This is how complete ghusl is done.

The reason behind the prohibition on having intercourse at the time of menstruation.

The Qur’an clearly stated the reason for this prohibition, which is that menstruation is adha (a harmful thing). Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“They ask you concerning menstruation. Say: that is an Adha (a harmful thing for a husband to have a sexual i

Scientific studies in this field have disclosed to us some of the harm that is referred to in this verse, but they have not managed to describe all the harms that are referred to in the Qur’aanic text.

1. The spread of infection to the fallopian tubes, which may then become blocked, which in turn may lead to infertility or ectopic pregnancy, which is the most dangerous kind of pregnancy. 2. The spread of infection to the urethra, bladder and kidneys; diseases of the urinary tract are usually serious and chronic. 3. Increase of germs in the menstrual blood, especially gonorrhea germs.

4. Menstruation is accompanied by pains, the severity of which varies from one woman to another. Most women experience pains in the back and lower abdomen. For some women the pain is unbearable and has to be treated with medication and painkillers.
5. Many women suffer depression and stress during their period, especially at the beginning, and their mental and intellectual state is at the lowest level during menstruation. 6. Some women suffer migraines just before their period starts, and the pain is severe and causes visual disturbances and vomiting. 7. Women’s sexual desire decreases, and many woman have no interest at all in sex during their periods. The entire reproductive system is in a state that is akin to sickness, so intercourse at this time is not natural and serves no purpose, rather it can cause a great deal of harm. 8. A woman’s temperature drops during menstruation, as does her pulse and blood pressure, which makes her feel dizzy, exhausted and lethargic. The Muslim must also obey the command of Allaah, for He is the Creator and He knows best what is good for His slaves and what is harmful to them. He is the One Who says “keep away from women during menses”, so even if the reason behind this is not clear, we must still submit to the command of Allaah Who has commanded that a man should not have intercourse with his wife during this time.

Ruling on masturbation and how to cure the problem

“Is it permissible in Islam to masturbate?

– Praise be to Allaah. Masturbation (for both men and women) is haraam (forbidden) in Islam based on the following evidence: First from the Quraan

“And those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts). Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, – for them, they are free from blame. But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors.”

– Here the verses are clear in forbidding all illegal sexual acts (including masturbation) except for the wives or that their right hand possess.

“And let those who find not the financial means for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allah enriches them of His bounty.” 24.33.

– This verse also clearly orders whoever does not have the financial means to marry to keep himself chaste and be patient in facing temptations (including masturbation) until Allah enriches them of His bounty.

Secondly, from the sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him): Abdullaah ibn Masood said, “We were with the Prophet while we were young and had no wealth whatsoever. So Allaahs Messenger said, “O young people! Whoever among you can marry, should marry, because it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty (i.e. his private parts from committing illegal sexual intercourse etc.), and whoever is not able to marry, should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power.” Bukhari:5066. The hadeeth orders men who are not able to marry to fast despite the hardship encountered in doing so, and not to masturbate despite the ease with which it can be done.

“As for curing the habit of masturbation”

As for curing the habit of masturbation, we recommend the following suggestions:
1) The motive to seek a cure for this problem should be solely following Allaahs orders and fearing His punishment.

 2) A permanent and quick cure from this problem lies in marriage as soon as the person is able, as shown in the Prophets hadeeth.

3) Keeping oneself busy with what is good for this world and the hereafter is essential in breaking this habit before it becomes second nature after which it is very difficult to rid oneself of it.

4) Lowering the gaze (from looking at forbidden things such as pictures, movies etc.) will help suppress the desire before it leads one to commit the haraam (forbidden)

5)feeling of guilt and anxiety that can be complicated by missing obligatory prayers because of the need to shower (ghusl) after every incidence of masturbation.

6)) Avoiding the illusion that some youth have that masturbation is permissible because it prevents them from committing illegal sexual acts such as fornication or even homosexuality

7)) Strengthening ones willpower and avoiding spending time alone as recommended by the Prophet.

8) Trying to follow the Prophets recommendation concerning the etiquette of getting ready for bed, such as reading well-known supplications, sleeping on the right side, and avoiding sleeping on the belly (the Prophet forbade sleeping on the belly)

9)Repenting, asking forgiveness from Allaah, doing good deeds, and not losing hope and feeling despair are all prerequisites to curing this problem.

10)Allaahs messenger said: “Do not follow a casual (unintentional) look (at forbidden things) with another look.” Al-Tirmidhi 2777. This is a general instruction by the Prophet to abstain from all that may sexually excite a person because it might lead him/her to commit the haraam (forbidden)

* Ruling on Intercourse with a Woman in her back passage ” in her rectum ”

In spite of the fact that many wives of sound nature refuse this, there are some husbands who threaten their wives with divorce if they do not obey them (in this matter), and some even deceive their wives, who are too shy to ask scholars about it, into thinking that it is permissible. The Prophet SAWS (Peace & Blessings of Allah be upon Him) said that a man may approach his wife in any way he likes, from the front or the back, so long as intercourse takes place in the place from through which a child is born. There is no doubt that the rectum is the place from which waste matter is expelled, not the place from which a child is born.

Another reason why some may commit this immoral act is that they enter upon what should be a clean married life with some jaahili (ignorant) traditions and odd practices, or with memories of scenes from indecent movies, for which they have not repented to Allaah.

It is known that this act is forbidden even if both partners agree to it. Mutual consent to a haraam deed does not make it halaal.

* Anal intercourse is haraam even with a barrier

Praise be to Allaah.

The intercourse that is forbidden is when the head of the penis disappears into the back passage, with or without a barrier, and even if one does not ejaculate. The ruling has to do with penetration, not with ejaculation or touching.

So it is not permissible to have intercourse in the back passage at all, whether it is with or without a barrier. The one who does that has to repent and seek forgiveness, and resolve not to do such a thing again. It is not permissible for the wife to respond to her husband’s request if he asks her for that. If he insists on it then she has the right to ask the qaadi for a divorce. There is no obedience to any created being if it involves disobedience towards the Creator.

 *  Ruling on the Oral sex

There is no doubt that the act of oral sex (in its full meaning) is a totally shameful act. The mouth which is used to recite the Dhikr of Allah, send Salutations on the blessed Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace), recite the holy Qur’an and other things, can not be used for filthy and dirty things such as oral sex, especially if it includes the filth entering the mouth.

The term “oral sex” covers a wide range of activities, from just kissing the private parts to the actual swallowing of filth.

If “oral sex” means to insert the penis in the wife’s mouth to the extent that she takes in the filth, whether this filth is semen (Mani) or pre-ejaculatory fluid (Madhi), or the man takes the filth of the woman in his mouth, then this is not permissible. Taking the filth with all its forms in the mouth is unlawful. The fluids which come out are impure, thus make it impermissible to take it orally.

However, if the same act is practiced by using a condom (to prevent the sexual fluids entering the mouth) or the wife merely kisses her husband’s penis and the husband kisses her genitals and they avoid any areas where there is pre-ejaculatory fluid, then this should be (according to this humble servant and Allah knows best) permissible, although disliked.

” Intercourse and masturbation with one’s fiancee “

” kissing the woman and intercourse with her during the engagement period “

– if this was before the marriage contract (‘aqd or nikaah), then it is haraam and a kind of zina (fornication or adultery) and evil action, and both of the husband and wife ” fiance and fiancee” have exposed themselves to the wrath and punishment of Allah.

Also delaying the marriage for compelling reasons does not justify doing that, if fiance had not made a proper marriage contract with his fiancee. It should be noted that the fiancée is considered to be a stranger (non-mahram) to the fiancé, like any other non-mahram woman, so it is not permissible for him to be alone with her, or for her to masturbate him with her hand, or for him to kiss her, or for him to speak to her unless that is for a specific purpose and from behind a screen and without any feelings of desire.

On the opposite, Whatever is permissible between a husband and a wife with whom the marriage has been consummated is permissible – such as looking, kissing, being alone together, travelling with her, intercourse, etc.

A woman refusing to have intercourse with her husband

If a woman refuses her husband’s request to come to bed with no Islamically-sound reason (such as sickness, or his being drunk, for example), what happens is as described below:

– It was said “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses [and does not come], and he spends the night angry with her, the angels will curse her until morning.’”

– “bed” is obviously a metaphor for intercourse. Metaphors are used in the Qur’aan and Sunnah to refer to things about which people usually feel shy.

Another naration”  “By the One in Whose hand is my soul, there is no man who calls his wife to his bed and she refuses, but the One Who is above the heavens [i.e. Allaah] will be angry with her, until he (her husband) is pleased with her”

– What we learn here in Hadith that denying a spouse’s rights – whether physical or financial – is something that will inevitably bring about the wrath of Allaah, unless Allaah grants His mercy to the sinner.
The hadeeth also directs a wife to help her husband and seek his satisfaction, because a man is less patient than a woman when it comes to doing without intercourse. The most disturbing thing for a man is his sexual impulse, so Islam urges women to help their husbands in this regard.

https://islamqa.info/en/answers/2006/a-woman-refusing-to-have-intercourse-with-her-husband

Husband forcing his wife to have intercourse

Many times it is observed that the husband demands from his wife to fulfil his sexual needs no matter what state she is in, meaning, If the wife is not in a state to engage in sexual activities and has a genuine and valid reason, and the husband forces her, then he will be sinful. Muslim husbands should realize that their wives are also humans and not some type of machines that can be switched on whenever they desire!

– In other hand,  it should be remembered here that, the wife must obey her husband in his request for sexual intimacy unless she has a valid reason. She must obey him as long as she does not have to forego her own rights. As such, if the wife is ill, fears physical harm or she is emotionally drained, etc; she will not be obliged to comply with her husband’s request for sexual intimacy. Rather, the husband would be required to show her consideration.

He has intercourse with his wife but in his mind he is having intercourse with someone other whom He loves

– Unfortunately , it is widespread that when a man sees a woman he likes, he goes to his wife, and during having intercourse with her  he imagines that woman whom he has seen. So what this man is doing is something that the scholars have stated is haraam and a kind of zina” adultery”.

– What is mentioned does not apply only to men, rather women are included in it too and that is even worse, because usually women nowadays go out and look at people, and if a woman sees someone whom she likes, she may keep thinking of him, then when her husband has intercourse with her she imagines that image which she has seen, so both of them may come under the heading of zina.

https://islamqa.info/en/answers/35455/he-imagines-that-he-is-having-intercourse-with-someone-other-than-his-wife

She mistakenly thought that her period had finished; she did ghusl and had intercourse with her husband, then more blood came

If a woman thinks it most likely that her period has finished, and she sees the signs of tahaarah (being pure, i.e., after the period has ended), so she does ghusl, prays and has intercourse with her husband, then there is no sin on her for having intercourse, because it is an action that is permissible. What is forbidden is to have intercourse at the time of menstruation.  If the menstrual blood comes back, then she is considered to be menstruating and she is not allowed to pray or have intercourse with her husband, because when the menstrual blood is flowing, the rulings attached to it apply. Its signs or features are well known to women, so a woman should not be too hasty in doing ghusl and starting to pray until she sees the white discharge which is the sign of tahaarah (purity), or she is completely dry in the case of one who does not experience the white discharge. Cessation of bleeding alone does not mean that she is now clean, rather she is clean when she sees the sign of tahaarah and when the usual time for her period to end has come. And Allaah knows best.

is it permissible for the husband to put his finger in his wife’s anus

It is permissible for a man to enjoy his wife in whatever way he wants, so long as he avoids having intercourse at the time of her period and anal intercourse, because of the report narrated by Muslim (302) from Anas: that that when a woman among them menstruated, the Jews would not eat with her or sit with her in their houses. So the companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) about that, and Allaah revealed the words :

“They ask you concerning menstruation. Say: that is an Adha (a harmful thing for a husband to have a sexual intercourse with his wife while she is having her menses),

therefore, keep away from women during menses”

The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Do everything except intercourse.” News of that reached the Jews and they said: “This man does not want to leave any of our affairs without differing from it.”

the Prophet PBUH said: “Whoever has intercourse with a menstruating woman or with a woman in her back passage, or comes to a soothsayer, has disbelieved in that which was revealed to Muhammad .

With regard to putting one’s finger in the anus, the least that can be said is that it is makrooh, because it involves direct contact with impure matter (najaasah) and filth, and because it may lead one to do that which is obviously haraam, namely intercourse in the back passage
